  I highly recommend Quantum Property Services for rentals. Even though I haven’t bought a house through them, I feel that I could also recommend them for sales and buying. I have rented through them for three prior properties and currently preparing to move into another rental. We have only left our previous rentals because the house has either sold or owner requested vacant possession to prepare to sell. Each time, both the sales and property management teams, have looked after us very well. Tony and Simon have both been involved in the sale of two properties and they were both very considerate and courteous in their dealings with us as tenants. Always communicating well and giving us fair notice of inspections. I first met Krissy and Phyllis when we rented for the first time through Quantum. Krissy has always maintained a high standard whilst also being very approachable. Krissy is both professional and down to earth. Phyllis does an exceptional job in reception. She is courteous friendly and helpful, always guiding us in the right direction. I recently met Janine, who has also lived up to the high reputation. She has been extremely helpful in our most recent acquisition of a rental. I would also like to note that maintenance has been addressed promptly.

  I rented a domestic property through Quantum and found them to be one of the few good landlords. They were always fair, willing to postpone inspections due to unforeseen circumstances, and open in there communications. The owner however was unwilling to perform standard repairs to appliances and fixtures otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

  Well done to the team at Quantum Property Services. I have just successfully sold my investment property through them and had rented out the property through them for 14 years.
  Krissy Bayliss has managed the tenancy most efficiently. She has always kept me well informed of issues and the accounts side has always been spot on! Janine Bolin also assisted me in the past and she has excellent management skills.
  Tony Karkovic has handled my maintenance issues over the years very competently, giving good advice from his wealth of experience. He has a list of quality tradespeople who quoted very fair prices. Tony also gave me good advice during renovations some years ago.
  Craig Kendall did an excellent job of marketing the property and I am very pleased with the outcome. He is well organised and trustworthy. In preparation for sale, he gave sensible advice on the work required. His recommended trades people gave me priority service. He was also sensitive to the needs of the tenants, with the team assisting the tenant in finding alternative accommodation. Craig acted very professionally throughout the sale price negotiations, achieving an excellent result. Even after the sale, he was following through with advice and contacts for the buyers with their renovations. I highly recommend Craig to anyone selling their property.
  I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Quantum as they made renting and selling very easy for me.

  I'd like to say a massive thank you to Quantum Property Services Sales Consultant Simon Durante for his assistance and professionalism with regard to the recent purchase of my new townhouse in Pimpama. Simon was an absolute pleasure and made the purchase process feel effortless. I would highly recommend Simon and the broader Quantum team for buying, selling or renting. The Quantum team even helped the tenants in my townhouse find a new home prior to me moving in, which I'm sure was very appreciated by them.
  Overall, they made what is usually a bit of a tense experience anything but. I'd also like to thank Property Manager Tony Karkovic for providing recommendations and a list of trusted tradespeople in the area that I might need going forward.
  My house was also *immaculate* when I moved in. The icing on the cake!
  Thank you all for making my big purchase such a lovely, seamless experience.

  I've been a tennant under Quantum for a fair few years now. I have had nothing but good interactions with them. Maintenance requests are acted on quickly. Overall 10/10. If you have the joy of being a tennant under their care, you are truly gifted.
